Step 1
First, warm up your body for a period of 10 to 15 minutes in our Hammam (steam) Sauna, for the steam is necessary to induce perspiration, cleanse the pores and to soothe you into a pleasant feeling.

The infrared sauna improves the quality of the skin. For 10 minutes, the infrared sauna is an alternative to the traditional sauna. Ideal for those who can’t sustain the intense heat of the regular method.
The infrared rods heat the body directly and thoroughly to a temperature of 50 to 55 degrees celsius, without increasing the ambient temperature. Warming occurs into the core of the muscle tissues, causing profuse sweating. Benefits of the infrared therapy may be used by anyone in general, except for pregnant women.
Step 2
Once your body is warmed up and sweating, the second step is to cool it quickly in our cold Nordic falls. It will strengthens your immune system and closes skin pores, ensuring a deep elimination of toxins.
Step 3
We suggest you continue to breathe easy in our heated spa. The weightlessness you'll feel in the water plus the gentle massaging swirls will complete the relaxing experience.
These three steps can be repeated as often as desired, although 2 to 3 cycles are usually sufficient for most people to achieve a satisfying level of relaxation.
