What to do this fall in Quebec City

September 27, 2017

Cheer on for Rouge & Or

At only a few steps from our hotel is Laval University’s TELUS stadium, where the Rouge & Or football club plays its games. Come and cheer them up for the next home games:

  • October 1st – 1PM: Rouge & Or welcomes McGill’s Redmen
  • October 21st – 2PM: Rouge & Or welcomes the Montreal’s Carabins

To check out the other clubs’ games, visit the PEPS’ website.

Picking apples: an autumn’s classic!

Let yourself be charmed by the landscapes of the Ile d’Orleans while having fun in the trees and fields to pick up apples, pumpkins and squashes. Moreover, the island is full with great boutiques and products to discover: cider, honey, chocolate and many more. This is the ideal opportunity to know more about the region’s flavors and products.

Be amazed by the great fall colors

Many sites near Quebec City give you the chance to admire the colorful and amazing landscapes. Fall is the perfect season to go with your family and friends to Canyon Sainte-Anne, to Mont-Sainte-Anne, to the Chute-Montmorency park or Jacques-Cartier’s National Park.

Celebrate Halloween

In October, the Old Quebec proposes unique activities to celebrate Halloween. Walk through the Plains of Abraham during the Ghoulish Walk to go back in time at the Nouvelle-France era and learn about the crimes of the time and the frightening traditions. Many more activities take place on the Plains, check out their website to have more information.
